Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.

Return Plenum Packed with Construction Dust in Summerlin
Before
AfterThis newer Summerlin home had gone through a kitchen remodel six months earlier. The homeowners kept finding a fine white film on furniture within days of dusting. We pulled the return grille and found the plenum interior coated in drywall and joint-compound dust, nearly a quarter inch thick in places. The remodel crew had run the AC during construction, and the system pulled that debris into every return path.
We ran our Rotobrush rotary brush system through the return plenum and main trunk lines while our Nikro HEPA-rated negative-air vacuum held the system under negative pressure. That negative-pressure extraction means the loosened dust went straight into the vacuum containment, not back into the living space. The after photo shows bare galvanized metal for the first time since the house was built. Filter life went from three weeks back to a normal two-month cycle.
Pet Hair and Dander Saturation in Centennial Hills
Before
AfterThree large dogs in a Centennial Hills home had spent two summers shedding into a system that ran nearly nonstop. The supply registers had visible hair mats, and the homeowners mentioned a lingering odor every time the AC kicked on. We found the supply boots and first few feet of each branch line lined with compacted hair bonded to the duct walls by skin oils.
Our team used the Rotobrush system to break that bond mechanically, then extracted everything with the Nikro HEPA vacuum. For odor control, we installed a new Honeywell media filter cabinet and recommended an Aprilaire whole-home filter as a follow-up. The odor disappeared within a full cycle of the system running. The homeowners told us their youngest child, who had been waking with a stuffy nose, was sleeping through the night within the week.
Clogged Dryer Vent Line in Henderson
Before
AfterA Henderson homeowner called because their dryer was taking two full cycles to dry a standard load, and the dryer exterior was running hot. When we pulled the dryer out from the wall, the transition duct was kinked and the wall vent run was packed with compacted lint. This is a fire hazard, plain and simple. The buildup was dense enough that it had to be mechanically broken loose before it could be vacuumed out.
We cleaned the full length of the vent run with professional rotary brushes and confirmed clear airflow to the exterior termination with an airflow meter. The after photo shows the exterior vent damper open and passing air freely. Dry time dropped back to a single normal cycle. We left a written report with measurements, and the customer got before-and-after photos of their own vent because that’s standard on every job, not an upsell.
Blower Wheel and Evaporator Coil Cleaning in Spring Valley

This Spring Valley condo had low airflow from every register and a musty smell when the system ran. The condenser was fine. The problem was inside the air handler. The blower wheel fins were so loaded with residue that the wheel was effectively out of balance, and the evaporator coil had a gray, insulating blanket of matted dust and fibers on the entering side.
We cleaned the blower wheel and coil using our professional-grade equipment and containment procedures. This is not a spray-and-wipe job; a dirty coil needs mechanical agitation and proper extraction to avoid driving debris deeper into the fins. After cleaning, the temperature drop across the coil returned to normal, and the musty smell was gone. The homeowner said the system sounded like it did when the condo was new.
Supply Branch Lines Full of Sand in North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas sits on open desert, and this home’s duct system had been pulling in fine windblown sand for years. The homeowner noticed sand collecting on the floor near several supply registers. When we scoped the lines, we found the bottom of the branch runs had a layer of fine grit and dust that was slowly migrating into the living space every time the blower cycled on.
We ran the full branch-line cleaning with the Rotobrush system and HEPA extraction, then sealed the accessible boots and register connections. We also checked the return path and found the filter rack wasn’t sealing properly, which was letting unfiltered attic air enter the system. That was corrected as part of the job. The after photo shows a clean, clear branch run. No more sand on the furniture.
