Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Las Vegas Team Behind Cardinal Air Duct Las Vegas
The crew at Cardinal Air Duct Las Vegas is small on purpose. Four technicians, one service coordinator, and a lead who still runs calls himself. That keeps accountability simple: the person who quotes your job is usually the person who shows up to do it. Every member of the team is background-checked, uniformed, and trained on the same professional-grade equipment, from Rotobrush rotary brush systems to Nikro HEPA-rated vacuum extraction units. They’ve cleaned ducts in Summerlin high-rises, Henderson track homes, and century-old bungalows near Downtown. Different houses, same standard.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Omar Haddad, Owner & Lead Technician
Omar has spent more than a decade pulling debris out of ductwork that hasn’t been touched since the Clinton administration. He’s the one who insists on a written price before any work starts, and he’s the one who shows up with the Nikro HEPA unit when a job calls for negative-pressure extraction. That means the loosened debris goes straight into the vacuum, not back into your living room. Omar is background-checked, licensed, and insured, and he still takes his own before-and-after photos because, as he puts it, a clogged return plenum on camera beats any sales pitch. On his off days, he’s usually under a truck in his driveway, arguing with a coolant line.
Danny R., Senior Installer & HVAC Cleaning Specialist
Danny has been with Cardinal Air Duct Las Vegas for seven years, which means he’s seen every kind of coil buildup the Mojave can produce. He specializes in HVAC cleaning, including evaporator coils, blower motors, and drain pans that have turned into biology experiments. Danny holds EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerant handling and runs the Abatement Technologies containment units when a job requires sealing off a workspace. He’s the guy who can tell you whether your system needs a Honeywell media filter or an Aprilaire whole-home solution, and he’ll explain the difference without making you feel dumb. On weekends, Danny rebuilds vintage stereo receivers and will absolutely talk your ear off about it if you let him.
Luis M., Service Coordinator
Luis is the live voice on the other end of (725) 600-6597. He’s been answering phones for home service companies in Las Vegas for eight years, and he knows the difference between a dryer vent that’s overdue for cleaning and one that’s actually dangerous. Luis handles scheduling, so when you book through The Relay Standard, you’ll get a live arrival window you can track, not a four-hour block and a shrug. He’s also the one who sends the digital invoice and makes sure your before-and-after photos land in your inbox before the van leaves your curb. Luis has two rescue dogs, both named after characters from a cop show he refuses to reveal.
Kara T., Apprentice Technician
Kara is technically an apprentice, but she’s already logged over 400 supervised jobs since joining the team. She shadows Omar on full-system cleanings and handles the Guardsman filtration product inventory, which means she knows exactly which filter fits which return grille without checking the label twice. Kara is working toward her NADCA certification and spends her lunch breaks studying airflow diagrams. She’s also the fastest at setting up containment barriers, a skill she credits to years of building elaborate blanket forts for her nieces. Give her another two years and she’ll be running her own truck.
One Standard, Every Job
Cardinal Air Duct Las Vegas is part of the Relay Home Co. family, founded in 2005, and operates under The Relay Visibility Guarantee. What that means for you is simple: a live trackable arrival time, before-and-after photo documentation of the work, and a digital invoice you can pay from a link before the tech pulls away. Every job, no exceptions, carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If the work isn’t right within 365 days, we return and correct it at no charge. That promise applies to air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning alike. Omar holds every tech to the same rule he holds himself: the written price you agree to before work starts is the price you pay when it’s done. No add-ons at the door, no surprise line items. In a city where contractors come and go with the wind, this team stays put and stands behind the work.
